1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "stwhot," "we," "us," "our" refers to the stwhot gaming platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses stwhot services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access stwhot services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by stwhot, including but not limited to online casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games), sports betting (bandar bola markets including football, basketball, esports), lottery-style games (togel), and related entertainment services.
• "Real Money" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited into your stwhot account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds credited to your account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification using Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or other acceptable identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use stwhot services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. stwhot strictly enforces age verification and will immediately terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. We verify residency through KTP documentation and may request additional proof of address.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from gambling by court order, statute, or any other legal authority.
• You must not be accessing stwhot services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account with stwhot, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Choose a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Verify your email address and mobile phone number through the verification process.
• Complete KYC verification by uploading a clear photograph of your Indonesian KTP and a selfie holding your KTP. This process typically takes 24-48 hours.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• You may hold only one (1) account with stwhot. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• stwhot employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are prohibited from opening accounts or participating in real-money gaming.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Immediately notifying stwhot customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring your registered email address and mobile phone number remain current and under your control.

3.2 KYC Verification Requirements

stwhot is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures:

• You must verify your identity by providing a valid Indonesian KTP before making your first withdrawal.
• We may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity through third-party databases and services.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Updates

You must immediately notify stwhot if any of your registration information changes, including your name, address, email, or phone number. Failure to maintain current information may result in service restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

stwhot accepts deposits through the following methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other Indonesian banks. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval). Minimum deposit: Rp 100.000.

Important deposit terms:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-10 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• stwhot does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges.
• The maximum deposit amount may vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher limits.

4.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your stwhot account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Average 8-15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (6am-12am WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed the next business day.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. For security reasons, we may require bank account verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Verification: First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification for amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or for security purposes.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts: Rp 50.000.000 per day. VIP accounts enjoy higher limits based on tier level.

4.3 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for complete details on bonus terms and wagering requirements.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

stwhot complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to:

• Request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Freeze accounts and funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Refuse to process withdrawals if we suspect funds are proceeds of illegal activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by stwhot are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are promotional credits offered at stwhot's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• You may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will void the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots 100%, Live Casino 100%, Sports Betting 20%.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 5.000.000 on their first deposit. Terms:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 100.000.
• Wagering requirement: 30x bonus amount.
• Validity period: 30 days from bonus credit.
• Maximum bet while wagering: Rp 50.000 per spin/hand.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite betting on roulette).
• Withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming bonuses without wagering.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

stwhot is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. We display RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games where applicable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or sharing information to manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting products including football (bandar bola), basketball, and esports:

• All bets are subject to the official result as determined by the governing sports body.
• In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• stwhot reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if we detect that you had access to outcome information.
• Asian handicap bets follow standard industry rules. Half-win and half-loss outcomes apply based on the handicap line.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection is void, it will be removed from the parlay and odds recalculated.

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue:

• All affected bets and game rounds will be void.
• Funds wagered will be returned to your account.
• stwhot is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of wagered funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Protection

stwhot is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. We provide comprehensive tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds within specified time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a defined playing period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent closure.
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders displaying your session time and net profit/loss at customizable intervals.

7.2 Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to use stwhot services. It is illegal for anyone under 21 to create an account, deposit funds, or place bets. We employ strict age verification through KTP checks and will immediately terminate any account found to belong to a minor.

7.3 Problem Gambling Support

If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, please reach out for help. Contact our customer support team to activate self-exclusion tools or seek assistance from professional gambling support organizations. Gambling should always be entertainment, never a way to solve financial problems.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

stwhot strives to maintain 24/7 service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, system upgrades, or technical issues.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity problems, power outages, or device malfunctions on your end.
• Game provider downtime or third-party service failures.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, stwhot's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.3 No Warranty

stwhot services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by stwhot

stwhot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• We suspect money laundering or other criminal activity.
• You create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account.
• You engage in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of terms or fraudulent activity. If termination is for other reasons, your balance will be returned after deducting any bonuses and pending wagering amounts.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after clearing any pending bets and wagering requirements.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and standards. stwhot operates under an international gaming license and adheres to applicable regulatory requirements.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of stwhot services:
